• The stock size listed in the description reflects what is currently available in our store.
• Eternity bands and bangles cannot be resized.
• Most rings cannot be adjusted by up to 1 to 1.5 sizes larger or smaller than their original size.
• Sizes outside of this range will be treated as a custom order.

All SAJ orders come with fully insured shipping and require a signature upon delivery.

Processing Time
We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends, and deliveries are not made on Sundays or holidays.

Enjoy the convenience of free in-store pickup on all orders! Your items will be ready for pickup within 2 hours during our operating hours, Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Additionally, we offer free local delivery for orders over $1,000 in the San Antonio, Boerne, and Fair Oaks areas. Please select pickup or local delivery at checkout.

We want you to love your purchase! If you change your mind within 14 days of your delivery or in-store pickup date, we’re happy to offer you store credit for future use, or you can choose to exchange the item for a different size or color.

Please note: we cannot accept exchanges after this 14-day window, and all exchanges must be approved in advance.
