Exchange Policy

 

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind, we’re happy to help with an exchange within the time frame and conditions below.

Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery or in-store pickup.
We offer:

  • Store credit for future purchases, or

  • Even exchange for the same item in a different size or color (if available)

All exchanges must be pre-approved. We are unable to accept exchanges past the 14-day window.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

The following are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

  • Sale or Marked-Down Items

  • Bridal Jewelry

  • Made-to-Order or Custom Designs

  • Personalized Items

  • Jewelry Cleaner

Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page.
Unauthorized returns sent without approval are subject to additional fees and may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Exchanges for a Different Size or Color

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  • The new item will be reserved once your original is received and approved

  • Please note: Lead times begin only after your exchange is processed

If your returned item does not meet our guidelines, we reserve the right to deny the exchange and return the item to you at your expense.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for exchange, your item must:

  • Be in brand new, unworn, unaltered, and salable condition

  • Include original SAJ packaging and unaltered order documentation

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these requirements.
