Shipping Options

  • USPS, Priority Delivery, 1-3 Days $14.00
  • UPS, Ground Delivery, 3-5 Days $18.00 
  • FedEx, Overnight Delivery $65.00

All SAJ orders come with fully insured shipping and require signature upon delivery.

If you are unable to sign for your package, you are able to request a hold through the shipping carrier’s website. Please note, after several delivery attempts and no request to hold, the package will automatically be returned to SAJ. The purchaser is responsible for any fees associated with the return of the package to SAJ due to failed delivery attempts. 

In Store Pickup and Local Delivery

We offer free in store pickup on all orders. In store pickup orders are always ready within 2 hours, during operating hours Monday-Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm. We also offer free local delivery for all orders over $1000 in the San Antonio, Boerne, and Fair Oaks areas.

For Your Consideration

We carefully package each item to ensure a safe delivery, the package will not indicate it's of high value.

Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends, or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or the weather in our area prevents us from shipping items, shipments may be delayed 1-3 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via phone or email.

    Shipment and Order Confirmation

    Once an order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address noted during checkout. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the email being sent.

    International Shipping 

    At this time, we do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories. We only complete transactions and ship within the continental United States and Hawaii.

    Taxes

    San Antonio Jewelry is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

    Damages

    If you receive a package damaged by the shipping courier, we recommend you DO NOT open the package. Instead, take pictures of the damaged package and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Follow their instructions prior to opening and inspecting the box. Once you file a claim, please contact us at 210-493-7789, or email accounting@sajewelry.com to notify us of damages and arrange a possible exchange.
