We’re committed to delivering your jewelry safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping options and policies below.
Shipping Options
All orders include fully insured shipping and require a signature upon delivery.
Available shipping methods:

USPS Priority (1–3 business days): $14.00

UPS Ground (3–5 business days): $18.00

FedEx Overnight: $65.00
If you're unable to sign for your delivery, you may request a hold for pickup through the shipping carrier’s website. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and no hold request is made, the package will be returned to SAJ. The buyer is responsible for any fees incurred due to failed delivery attempts and return shipping.
In-Store Pickup & Local Delivery
We offer free in-store pickup for all orders.

Pickup orders are typically ready within 2 business hours, during our store hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
We also offer complimentary local delivery on orders over $1,500 to the following areas:

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day.
Please note:

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays

Delays may occur due to high order volume or weather conditions; in such cases, we’ll notify you promptly by phone or email
Order & Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking details become active within 24 hours of the email.
Discreet Packaging
For your security, all items are carefully packaged in discreet boxes. Packaging will not indicate that the contents are high-value jewelry.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S. and Hawaii.
We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories.
Taxes & Duties
San Antonio Jewelry is not responsible for any taxes or fees applied during or after shipping. All applicable taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, do not open it. Instead:

Take photos of the damaged package

Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim and follow their instructions
