RETURNS & EXCHANGESIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return an item for store credit or an exchange. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM ORDERS & DISCOUNTED ITEMS
All sales are final for special orders, custom orders and discounted items.
A custom order is any item designed and manufactured at the request of a customer. A minimum deposit is required when the order is placed. If canceled, all deposits and subsequent payments will be forfeited. A special order is any in-stock item purchased and then altered at the customer’s request.
HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN - ONLINE ORDERS
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and list the item you would like to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item and your proof of purchase securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you insure the package and use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and issue your store credit in the form of a gift card.
In failing to adhere to these guidelines, we reserve the right to not approve your request to return an item.
