If you receive your jewelry and notice a manufacturing defect, please email inquiry@sajewelry.com within 14 days of delivery for a possible replacement or refund. The defective piece must be unused and in its original packaging. After we inspect the item and confirm the defect, we will email you with next steps. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement or refund if we conclude the defect was not caused by manufacturing.

Sizing & Repairs

If your order doesn’t fit quite right, or you accidentally damage it, San Antonio Jewelry offers in-house sizing and repairs. The founder and owner is a Gemological Institute of America graduate gemologist with 40 years of industry knowledge and our in-house Master Jeweler has 30 years of experience. Please email inquiry@sajewelry.com with images of your item and we’ll be happy to assist you for an additional charge plus shipping & handling.
